• Photos & media: images you upload, which are stored on our cloud storage provider.

• With service providers: We use trusted third-party providers to operate the App, including Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) for image/file storage and MongoDB Atlas for database hosting. These providers process data on our behalf.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas databases and AWS S3 storage). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may retain certain information for longer where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Upon a verified request, we will delete your personal data, except information we are required to retain for legal or legitimate business purposes.
